Mulberries are one of the first fruits of the season to ripen, and they’re perfect for eating right off the tree. Those silly looking flowers that started out at the beginning of the season, turn into beautiful mini-blackberry like fruits, but they’re sweeter and satisfy a sweet tooth!
The dwarf mulberry is an everbearing fruit tree, so you can harvest mulberries at least twice a year…in fact, there will be so many mulberries, that there will be enough to share with the birds! These lovely trees can be grown as a bush or trimmed into a multi trunked tree. During the growing season the foliage is quite dense providing shade and privacy.
Only eat fully ripe mulberries.
